Bookkeeping & Legal Compliance
ATC provides and co-ordinates all bookkeeping services necessitated by the applicable legal requirements. On request our bookkeeping services can include day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly, quarterly or semi-annual reporting (bank reporting, trial balance sheet reporting, full financial reporting).
ATC is accustomed to working with all major accounting software and has substantial experience in reporting packages. We can open a local bank account and arrange banking services with the leading local bank of the client’s choice.
Our in-house corporate lawyers are available to ensure that the client company fulfils its obligations under the relevant law/s and to take care of the local corporate housekeeping, such as drafting the necessary board and shareholders’ resolutions. Please note that ATC does not provide legal or tax opinions; we do, however, have internal corporate and tax lawyers available to exchange ideas, evaluate positions and discuss various alternatives during the planning stages. ATC always liaises closely with external advisors in order to provide an optimal service for our clients.
Whilst the services provided to each client are tailored according to need, typical assistance might include:
- organising, attending and recording minutes of (annual) general meetings of shareholders, as well as any meetings of the Board of (Supervisory) Directors;
- reviewing and executing documents to be signed by or on behalf of client entity;
- checking and filing of other correspondence and, if required, forwarding copies thereof;
