Domiciliation Services
ATC provides a registered office address at our own offices. This address is then used as the official registered office address of the client entity. This means that correspondence will be received at this address and the corporate records are maintained here.
Our offices effectively become the client’s offices. Local staff are always available to assist the clients and their advisors. Depending on the level of substance required ATC can also provide separate phone / fax lines and e-mail addresses.
Additionally, we can arrange for the lease of separate office space either within our building or at a different address. There are a number of options available regarding the size of the space and other requirements, including outsourcing of ATC’s employees for the purposes of the client company’s payroll.
