Management Services

The management services provided by ATC include a corporate managing director (i.e. through a legal entity). Alternatively or additionally, ATC can also provide one or more individuals to be appointed as managing director/s of the client entity.

The ATC managing director will be the client’s representative in the relevant jurisdiction, and will act in accordance with local requirements.
