Offices
Netherlands
Although considered a high-tax jurisdiction, the Netherlands have become a major international corporate centre, because of the attractive range of fiscal benefits available to Dutch companies under the Netherlands' domestic and international tax regimes. Many multi-national businesses have set up their corporate holdings, royalty structures and inter-company finance structures in the Netherlands for this reason.
The Netherlands is also a significant centre for new issues of corporate bonds and (more recently) asset-backed securities ("securitisation" transactions), which are often listed on the Dutch Stock Exchange.
ATC's flagship office in Amsterdam has been in business since 1893.
