As a Company Lawyer you are responsible keeping 40 – 60 client companies in good legal standing. You perform a variety of tasks to ensure this, and act as conduit between clients, consultants and other relevant parties. In our Capital Markets department, it is possible to develop your career as a Transaction Manager.
