Resident Directors
ATC can offer directors with specialised knowledge and experience in the following industries:

In addition, we can, through our extensive network, recommend reputable directors with other specific industry knowledge, where required.
Remuneration: ATC has developed an invoicing system which enables the client to pay remunerations directly to the resident directors. The remuneration paid to the resident director will be offset against the ATC fees paid by the client.
Management
ATC supports the client in adopting key management and commercial decisions in board meetings, which are held locally together with the client’s advisor. For this purpose, ATC:
• designates to each client the advised number of resident directors, with knowledge of the client’s group business activities, to perform the management tasks;
• convenes and documents board meetings based on the interval advised by the client’s tax/legal advisor;
• assists, in conjunction with the client’s legal advisor, in preparing the corporate documents required under local law.
Local Bookkeeping
ATC can designate a team of bookkeepers, which specialises in local accounting principles and IFRS , to each client company. Furthermore, our bookkeepers can rely on assistance from our Knowledge Department, headed by highly experienced Certified Public Accountants, to solve complex issues. The bookkeeping of the client company will be performed in the Netherlands and physically kept at the local address of the client company.
Cash Management
ATC can open and operate bank accounts on behalf of client companies. Due to a close relationship with a number of international banks, ATC is able to open and operate a bank account within 72 hours.
Payroll Services
ATC can outsource its employees for the purposes of the client company’s payroll. The salary of this employee will be credited against the time spent by ATC on the client company, net of a fixed fee for ATC to facilitate this service.
Office Space **
ATC can provide a range of domiciliation services:
Option A – registered address only
This service gives the client the right to have a company registered at ATC’s local office. The client may make use of the board rooms and other facilities at the ATC offices.
Option B – non-exclusive office space
This service gives the client the right to have a company registered at ATC’s local office and use of approximately 20m² of office space in (one of) our building(s), together with other clients.
- The company will be registered either at a different address or on a different floor than the client companies making use of Option A. A separate front desk specifically for these companies is available. A plate with the company name will be attached to the wall behind the front desk (at cost price).
- This service also includes the use of office facilities such as photocopiers, fax, telephone and a receptionist to answer the telephone.
- The office space is furnished, including a computer and telephone. In addition we can arrange for a range of other services (for example, a telephone or fax line, internet access and email address, ie info@clientcompany.nl), according to the needs of the client. Installation and usage of these services is charged at cost price.
Option C – exclusive office space
This service gives the client the right to have a company registered at ATC’s local office and exclusive use of an office space of approximately 20m² in (one of) our building(s).
- The company will be registered either at a different address or on a different floor than the client companies making use of Option A. A separate front desk specifically for these companies is available. A plate with the company name will be attached to the wall behind the front desk (at cost price).
- This service also includes the use of office facilities such as photocopiers, fax, telephone and a receptionist to answer the telephone.
- The office space is furnished, including a computer and telephone. In addition we can arrange for a range of other services (for example, a telephone or fax line, internet access and an email address, ie info@clientcompany.nl), according to the needs of the client. Installation and usage of these services is charged at cost price.
Larger office space, where required, can be provided, subject to a negotiable additional fee.
