Jan Scholts, RA
Chief Financial Officer
Jan joined ATC in 1992, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995. He was appointed as one of the Managing Directors of ATC Netherlands in 2001. In this capacity he oversaw a period of significant and sustained growth at ATC. He is a non-executive director of several listed and private companies, has been involved in a number of successful IPOs of client companies, and has served on a variety of audit committees of listed companies. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the ATC Group in 2007. Jan is based in our Amsterdam office.
George Pedra, MBA
Chief Information & Operations Officer
George has more than 15 years of experience in front-office (business development), back-office (operations and technology) and senior management roles in the global financial services industry. George joined ATC in 2007 and is in charge of global technology and operations, with responsibility for aligning the policies and needs of our business units and geographic locations with the group's overall technology and operations strategy. George is based in our Amsterdam office.
Emma White, BA (Hons), Dip. Law
Group Communications & Marketing Officer
Emma joined ATC in 2007 to take overall responsibility for group-wide corporate communications and marketing. Originally a lawyer, she has wide-ranging experience of communications, business development and marketing management for global law firms, including in Europe, the US, Africa, the Middle East and India. In the past 12 months she has overseen ATC’s comprehensive re-branding project, as well as the development of a new website. Emma is based in our Curaçao office.
