ATC is one of the oldest independent global trust companies in the world. We have a long history, stretching back more than 115 years to 1893. Originally set up to act as a trustee of bonds issued by U.S. Railway companies and Russian oil corporations, ATC has evolved to its current form as an international services provider. Our growth has largely been organic, although in recent years ATC has made a number of strategic acquisitions around the globe.
