Our HR team aims to contribute directly to ATC’s effectiveness by helping to:
  • maintain the right balance of employees (based on their knowledge, skills, and abilities)

Staffing: meeting ATC’s staffing requirements through job analysis and descriptions, an efficient recruitment process, as well as focus and attention on introduction programmes for new employees.

Training & Development: developing effective development programmes to ensure up-to-date knowledge, as well as a broad range of skills.

Compensation & Benefits: establishing a system which rewards employees through performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, and retirement policy.

People Management: building effective employer/employee relationships – through engagement, performance management, recognition and day-to-day HR administration.

Workplace Management: making ATC a great place to work by putting a significant emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and promoting diversity.
